WHO WE ARE

We are a DDD/Medicaid-approved Day Habilitation program located in historic Fort Monmouth, New Jersey. Founded by a parent of an adult with autism, we are committed to supporting individuals & their families. With over 15 years of experience in Monmouth & Ocean Counties, we provide person-centered programs that foster growth, independence, and a strong sense of community.

WHAT WE OFFER

We provide an enriching program that combines facility-based activities with community experiences, emphasizing real-world engagement and inclusion. Our approach fosters socialization, independence, and a sense of community while helping individuals develop essential life skills. Through independent living skills, functional skills, community activities, social opportunities, physical fitness, and self-advocacy, we create meaningful experiences that promote personal growth and connection.

CRITERIA FOR
ACCEPTANCE

Fort Monmouth Day Program accepts individuals with developmental disabilities aged 21 and over who meet the criteria outlined by the Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) and whose support needs align with the services we can provide. Any Diagnosis, Disability, and Tier will be considered for approval.
